Our "Find A Partner" tab is for people who want to collaborate with others in their ventures. You can give the community your qualifications by attaching a resume, displaying your talents, or advertising skills you need. Create a listing and tell the local community about you!
Our "Micro Investor" tab is for people looking for potential local business investments. If you want to invest in local business projects, create a listing telling the community what type of ventures you would fund and how much you’re willing to invest.
Our "Local Search" tab is for commerce and self promotion. You can use Homebrew Advertising™ to advertise your business or talents for people in the local community. If you have headshots, flyers, menus, or coupons – it can be attached to listings. You can also link your website and videos to your listings.
Our "Ask Your Neighbor" tab is for asking local professionals advice. You can select a business topic then submit a question. Anyone in the local community can answer your questions. They can also upload information to support their advice.
To add videos in your listings you must set up a Google Video account HERE". Once you have uploaded your video, copy the embed video code and paste it in the space that says " Video Google URL Here" when creating a listing. Cap Ventures also allows you to embed videos from other communities to your listing.

What type of information should I post in my listing?
It's really up to you what information is submitted in a listing. You should determine what information about your goals, projects, and business can be shared publicly. So make sure you don’t go overboard.

What kind of information should I include in my member's profile?
Since this is a business community, we encourage you to use your real business name and contact information. Build your company's brand. So professionalism and transparency should be applied when creating your member's profile.
To edit your profile and listings, first you need to login. Once you have logged in, click on the "my account" . You can now edit your profile, created, update, activate, deactivate, or delete any listings you submitted.

What kind of files can I attach to my listing?
You can attach any type of documents that supports your business ideas, goals, or projects. Before uploading them to your listing, make sure its content that won't violate this community's terms of service.

Can I use my picture or company's logo when creating a new profile?
Yes, we prefer you did! This community should be used as a platform to promote your brands and marketing yourself. Please make your picture or logo is the size of a thumbnail picture (small digital picture) so it can be shown properly.

What type of keywords should I make for my listings?
You should make keywords related to your location(New York City song writers), demographic of interest (R&B songwriter), and related interest (Jazz, Blues, Neo Soul, etc.)! You also need to make keywords that are common to other people. Make a lot of keywords. It's the easiest way for others to find your listings.
Me-Wpe is an acronym for Modern Economic Web Portal Engine™! Homebrew Advertising™ is the marketing method of Me-Wpe™. Members of Cap Ventures can use their own digital devices to advertise themselves! You can also upload digital files like pictures and PDF to support any video content attached to listings. You can focus your ads to a local neighborhood or other cities. You can also change your ads and attached digital content when ever you need to. This gives you the ability to distribute marketing information to anyone in the community.
A Micro Investor™ can be an ordinary person like you who wants to invest in local small businesses. In most cases a micro investor is a single individual. These investors may not have large amounts of financial resources. However, by pooling financial resources together with other people in the community, these micro investors can fund local business projects. Micro investing will allow ordinary people to financially support local business development. Micro investing will also help people financially benefit from local business success. As their assets grow, wealth is created.

What can I do if I suspect someone is a con-artist or scam?
Cap Ventures LLC will not tolerate any forms of unethcial business methods that go against common decency. If you suspect that someone is trying to con you, someone else, ask you to send money, or simply is making unrealistic promises - we encourage you to CONTACT US and let us know. We want to minimize this kind of intrusion into our community and appreciate any tips we get from our members. Let us know their user's name and what their words/actions were that you feel were a violation of our terms of service when you submit your comments. Cap Ventures will also work with local law enforcement to protect this community and its users.

What should I do if someone is using my intellectual property?
Using intellectual property that does not belong to you is in clear violation of our Terms of Service and is stealing. Any users found to be in violation will have their listing deleted without warning. If that user is found to be a repeat infringer, their access to Cap Ventures will be terminated. Cap Ventures online will not allow others to benefit from your hard work. If you find out that your intellectual property has been stolen, please copy the listing location with the user's name and paste it "HERE".
